HI Im looking for a new owner, I am a 2000 Polaris 400 Scrambler 2x4 2 stroke. My owner has taken great care of me! He has kept me on the trail and right side up and thank goodness hes never ran me into anything or let the kids abuse me. Sure we did a few jumps, but I could handle it just fine, I have a great FOXShox suspension! Ive had regular check ups, my oil changed and a couple of new spark plugs, and plenty of grease. I look really good, I have a few scratches from my owners riding boots and one of my decals is a little torn, but other than that I look marvelous for a 2000 model. My owner powerwashed me every time we came back home and kept me in the garage or covered for most of my life. I have to admit, I run great! Unfortunatley my battery needs replaced but thanks to the folks at Polaris, I have a pull start so I can still getr done! Ive never been modified or had anyone fix anything wrong with me...Ive never broke or made my owner walk home...Im what you call dependable. I have an automatic transmission and reverse. All my brakes are on the handlebars and I do have a rear foot brake if you need to use it. My rubber looks good -plenty of tread. Oh yeah, all my lights work too! I need a new home because my owner just doesnt have time to play with me anymore. Sure he comes out and starts me up and makes sure Im okay, but the days of riding in the woods and mud seem to be over...for HIM but I still have plenty of FUN left in me. Id like to find an owner that loved to ride, liked to go fast or had some trails we could go exploring. I was clocked one time by radar and I smoked it at 60 MPH! Id really like to have a new home soon, it gets boring just sitting around doing nothing. I only have maybe 200 hours riding time under my belt...see what I mean, I have plenty of FUN left.
